Mossbourne Parkside Academy holds assemblies for Year One to Year Six four times a week. Each assembly concludes with a moment of reflection and collective worship.

Principal’s Assembly– Mr Jackson introduces the new focus for each week. This year we will been thinking about what qualities make us proud to be part of Mossbourne Parkside Academy and living in Britain.
Examples of previous assemblies can be found here:

In Class Assembly – an opportunity to discuss Mr Jackson’s focus of the week, talk through topical issues, share news and sing!

Phase Assemblies – focusing on introducing a topical theme (a festival, a news event, etc.) and finishing with the sharing of good work.

Celebration Assembly – Mr Jackson celebrates pupils who are receiving  Pupil of the Week certificates from their teachers and Mr Lee announces the weekly attendance results and the results of the latest House Point Count!

An example of a typical Celebration Assembly can be found here.
