Police Horse Visit

Police horses from the Met Task Force came to visit EYFS and Year 2. The police officers told us about their job and how they, and the horses, help to protect the public, including going to football matches and protecting the Queen at Buckingham Palace. Pupils’ were able to ask questions and were interested to know about what the horses ate, where they lived, what their names were and how they were looked after. All of the pupils were extremely brave and were able to stroke one of the horses and see what they looked like close up
